Our Policies
- You understand Gems is a community to share travel tips and favorite hotspots, and you will use the Gems app for that purpose.
- You must be 13 years or older to use the Gems app. Or, when living in the EEA, you may use Gems if you are over the age at which you can provide consent to data processing under the laws of your country.
- You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your Gems account. Gems containing sexual content, misinformation, hateful activities, harassment, discrimination, infringing intellectual property etc., are not allowed and can be removed by us.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and will not share it with others.
- You may post content, including photos, comments and other materials (‘Gems’) via the Gems app. You are solely responsible for the Gems you post or otherwise make available on or via the Gems app. Make sure your Gems does not infringe in any way the intellectual property of others.
- You may not use the Gems service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose (always comply with local legislation).
- You must not crawl, scrape, or otherwise cache content from the Gems app including but not limited to user profiles and photos.
- Be nice to other Gemsters.
- You must not create or submit unwanted comments (‘spam’) to any Gemsters.
- Also comments with sexual content, misinformation, hateful activities, harassment etc., are not allowed and can be removed by us.
- In case of violation of any of these agreements Gems will terminate your Gems profile.
- The use of the Gems app is at your own risk. Gems prohibits such conduct and content, however Gems is not responsible for the Gems posted via the Gems app.
